Many Americans are facing financial hardships due to the present state of our economy and are either foreclosed on or have to short sale. The reason I think the housing problem won’t be solved anytime soon is because you only have a small percentage of Americans fighting. The rest either don’t care (yet as they have not faced the hardship) or and as unfortunate as this is, they just don’t have any fight in them.
